As their son Leo was completing his final treatments for childhood cancer, Cathie and Barry set out to help other children and families facing a similar journey, creating the Ride of Hope, now known as the Tour of Hope.

8th Annual Family Fundo
Held each fall, this all-ages fundraising event combines cycling, food, music and plenty of fun, with routes welcoming riders of different ages and abilities. We are incredibly grateful to The Crossing Group for the heart and commitment they continue to bring to Fundo, and to the sponsors, volunteers and supporters who make this special day possible.

Beaded Journey Gala
Held each spring, the Gala takes its name from the beads that mark the many procedures and milestones along a child’s cancer journey. Families join us as special guests and speakers, sharing their experiences through personal and video stories, alongside a silent art auction featuring pieces created by children participating in Society programs throughout the year.

Horsepower for Hope
Led by an incredible volunteer committee and supported by a passionate community of drivers, sponsors and volunteers, the event features a city-wide rally, Show & Shine and family-friendly fun, all while raising critical funds for children with cancer and their families. Together, this community has raised more than $3 million since the event began.
